80 years of bridge building

Mostobud Group is an engineering group tracing its history to the state bridge-building trust established in 1945 to rebuild war-destroyed bridges (the company itself counts from 1944). Over 80+ years its divisions have delivered more than 4,000 engineered structures across Ukraine — from the great Dnipro River crossings to tunnels, overpasses, interchanges and port berths. Today it is an operating business ready for the post-war reconstruction effort: tenders, direct contracts and joint ventures with international partners.

A new discipline: a sea port

In November 2024, at a State Property Fund privatization auction, a company linked to the group's beneficiary acquired the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Trade Port; in August 2025 the port fully passed into private ownership. The announced strategy is a multimodal hub on the Central Asia — Europe route. See the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Port page in this portfolio.
